Great bank
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Horrible beyond words. Keeping the extremely long story short, my father had developed Alzheimers and I had to take custody of his care and his finances via Power of Attorney. To make matters worse, I live out of state. They would not honor his Power of Attorney and at every turn, they treated me with disrespect and acted like I was some kind of criminal. Everywhere else I went to conduct business I had no issues with the POA inculuding another much larger bank. Luckily, I was able to access funds elsewhere to get my father placed in a care home no thanks to them. After obtaining a court order l dealt with someone at another location and business was completed. The other person at the other location was genuinely descent and felt bad about the way I was treated. I understand they have a liability to protect their customers, but to treat people this way when they are at one of the worst times in their lives is absolutely inexcusable. And, it cost them a lot of business. ALL VIEWS EXPRESSED HERE ARE THAT OF MY OPINION ONLY.
