The owner man was friendly. The water is really just a patch of sludge. The restroom was clean though, and stocked appropriately. $10 per night for tent camping.

Don't waste your money staying here. There's quite a bit of drug activity. Only the people that have lived there for years and do things for the owner are allowed to let their dogs bark. Everyone that lives there long term has nothing to do but start drama and lie. We had several people try to break up our marriage and the adultery there is ridiculous! Thinking about calling the cops and having them raid the camp due to all the buying and selling of drugs. The bathrooms are disgusting. And the property is not maintained at all. Limbs are always falling off trees almost killed my dog once when one fell. Our neighbors were nasty and never got asked to clean up their yards. We could smell them from our camper. If you tell anyone anything about your life the whole neighborhood will find out because people out there act like they are trying to help but all they want is ammo to tell the rest of the neighbors all of your business. They literally pry in your lives until you tell them something then twist things around to make you look bad. And Im not just talking about a few people. I mean everyone we met out there. And I've never dealt with a worse flea invasion in my life. My neighbor let his dog get so infested with fleas it almost died and infested every campground around him. Not to mention every kid in the neighborhood would come over while we were gone or sleeping and steal our break my daughter's toys and their parents were right there. I've never been to a place where there is so much drama, disrespect, and lies in my life! I would never recommend anyone ever stay here unless you want to be stressed all the time.

Nice place to stop on I30. Lots of trees. Quiet. Great water pressure. No wifi, but our data connection was excellent. Gravel site, but we didn't need to level at all. Honor system after hours. $30 for full hookups with 50amp. Put $ in envelope in office.

Very seedy. Long term trailer park, not an RV park. Appanantly it used to be an RV park, but is now a very rough looking dumpy LT trailer park. Not suitable for families or anyone else. It is rough looking. We pulled in late at night, and after driving thru, chose to go to the Walmart parking lot down the road.

Great place to stay. Long term folks are pleasant and the owners are wonderful people. Highly recommend. Beautiful area. And as one reviewer said, the data connection is strong enough the kiddos won't complain too much if they get tired of the outdoors....as if that's possible!
