HIPPA laws are definitely not in place. I heard my business being spread before I ever left the desk so far both times I've been! mental evaluation was a joke, my evaluation should have been more about me than the circumstances of my family members personal life. Also shouldn't ever take 4 months to be seen. Never a reminder for appointments, no business cards

Horrid experience!! I was there for a follow up appointment after hospitalization and had waited in the waiting area for over an hour when the receptionist finally called the staff member I was supposed to be seeing, Chris Meggs, and he wasn’t even in the office. He had left for a dentist appointment he had forgotten about! So the receptionist apologized and told me I would have to come in as a walk in the next day. This lets me know how important their patients are to them.

There is a receptionist there That NEVER KNOWS WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT. She is by far the least helpful person I've ever met. There was one time she even "forgot" to tell me that my insurance was somehow rejected. I'm not sure how she still works there! She's blonde with glasses that's all I know. She's clueless all the time! It ticks me off! I feel like going to that place and paying MY MONEY it should be informative and the receptionist their is clueless and every answer is "idk" . EVERYONE ELSE IS AWESOME!
I left and immediately started searching for another clinic!
