First person I dealt with was really nice, we bought a fridge and scheduled a delivery. The delivery date wasn't firm and we played phone tag/delivery miss for a couple of days. Second person we dealt with wasn't as pleasant, when we inquired about the delivery. We went up to the store and the owner got it sorted out and even installed it himself, great guy and he really made us want to keep using his store with his great attitude and professional service!
