I WILL NEVER go back here! We arrived before 9PM and didn’t leave for over 3 hours. The dr failed to tell us my daughters symptoms and I had to figure out her illness from the discharge papers. Then they dr wrote a prescription for a medicine that is just like the one I told them she is allergic to. Next time I’ll drive to Little Rock.
Absolute worst ambulance. So much so that I will drive to Pulaski county line before calling 911 so I can get proper attention. My grandmother had a stroke and they sent the worst of the worst to come get her. Only go to saline memorial to die.
Come here, better bring your attorney, call your insurance company and check your coverage, and be prepared to pay their punishing prices in advance. They do nothing and think they can charge what they want, because they want you to believe you don't have a choice, that you can't shop around, that you can't negotiate their ridiculous prices before any test or procedure. You do have options. I would suggest one of the other options. They heal nothing, they treat nothing, they do nothing. Get everything in writing. They want you to think there is nothing you can do about it. They are wrong. Don't take my word for it though. Find out the hard way.
I shared my Moms horrific ER treatment yesterday. Again she was to be released at 10:30 or 11:00 AM IT IS NOW 4:12. I am going back to my original thoughts about this place won't be back. And everyone me and my family knows will know about THE TERRIBLE SERVICE. 4TH FLOOR ROOM 413.
If I could give them negative stars, I would. I was sent to the ER via ambulance after a terrible auto accident. The ER doctor, Charles Mason, withheld vital information because he didn't feel it was necessary to tell me I had an orbital floor fracture. It wasn't for another 19 days when the head trauma doctor called me up at 10:00 at night to tell me that I needed to seek care immediately. I now have permanent damage to my eye. I've had to undergo surgeries and lost time from work! I will NEVER step foot in a hospital that allows a physician like that to work there.
