I have never really used pawn shops for loans because of the interest rates but I dealt with Mr John Browning and couldn't be happier with Mr Browning and his professionalism! John was kind enough to explain everything in plain English so there was no misunderstanding, He understood my situation and went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased. Would highly recommend Mr Browning to anyone needing a quick loan!
This is the worst pawn shop I have ever been to. John specifically is rude, disrespectful and cares nothing about customer service. The people at this location are always in a bad mood and never want to help you out. Their Little Rock location is fabulous and is the complete opposite situation. Don't waste your time at the Benton location, save yourself a trip and head to Little Rock.
Was once a great establishment, but since Jessica has been working here the place has really gone down hill. She is extremely rude, doesn't know anything about the products she is viewing and has completely ruined my experience at this location. Will not be back.
I absolutely love this place. Mine and my child's Christmas is going to be great this year. Mine is already because to be able to make my child happy is what I love. Thanks to this awesome place and the awesome people. We will definitely be back. Thank you all so much for your help. They were so helpful nice caring respectful and very clean. Best pawn shop around! Very clean and neat atmosphere, and the entire staff is very friendly. Everything is organized and the sales floor is well lit. If you're looking for a used firearm this is the place to go, just talk to John Browning and he will get you a better deal than you can find anywhere else. Prices storewide are great and the team there will work with you to get the best price possible and they even have layaway. I visit this store at least once a week, sometimes more.
