No idea why there are bad reviews. I travel for a living and hotel stays are very common for me. This hotel (on vacation) was just wonderful! Great hotel, nice staff, large room. The breakfast could have been a little better, but other than that, we loved our stay and would come back!!
This hotel is very, very clean looking and smelling. The free breakfast is on par with what you'd expect from a hotel breakfast. Waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagles, English muffins, cereal, fruit, and yogurt are the items that I can recall they had. Juice, milk, and coffee was also available. Front desk service was fairly helpful with a minor issue I had. I would say this is definitely one of the nicest hotels in the Benton area. One minor issue to point out is the tub drained slow and the bathroom door was difficult to latch...I had to put my shoulder into it for it to close correctly. Conclusion: if I have to get a room in Benton/Bryant area, I'll probably want to stay here.
Good place with a great view. Near by everything you get. Service is very good. Knowledgeable staff. I found this place is beautiful and has stylish interior. Breakfast is very very good.
If you find yourself needing to stay in Benton for whatever reason, this should be the place. Conveniently located between The Home Depot and a Tractor Supply, this hotel has everything you need for a one, two, or few night stay. Ample parking, new and nicely situated rooms, bar and movie theater a stones throw away. And the best part? All this for under $100.
New hotel, staff was great, location convenient, great stay. We stayed there again on 7 Oct, we got to our room and light coming into the room wouldn't come on, then couldn't get the light above microwave to work. Went to front desk to report it, I was told, yes we have problems with those. The light will only come on when there is an emergency. Nothing about the light. Then later above us it sounded like somebody was bouncing a basketball up there, went back down to see if we could switch room but nothing was available, clerk didn't even bother to call the room to tell them to stop. Also toilet ran all night, had to shutoff water for the night. Then we stopped by again last night. Got to our room and thermostat didn't work. Clerk said yes it is broke but luckily the maintenance man was there and he said it also has some controls on the unit so you can turn on at the wall. No offer to move us. I asked the maintenance man about the entry light and microwave light. He explained the situation, the switch at the turn as three positions, one setting is for motion sensing, strange enough you have to have it turned to that to get the microwave light to work. That doesn't make much sense. Seems they need to retrofit those light switches. Rooms were clean though. Breakfast great. We like the location so will probably stay again on our trips to the Midwest.
