The office staff told my 79 year old dying Grandfather that he can not sit outside of his apartment. He has a nice outdoor chair that he loves to sit in and watch people drive by and loves to see people. He is the sweetest person and they were very cruel and verbally mean to him. The staff here are extremely fake. Very nice and courteous until you sign the lease and then they become very disrespectful and authoritarian.
Pretty Good compared to most Lindsey Management Properties; Brand new, nice area, and friendly staff. They recently put up a bunch of cameras, so I feel safe. Just a little pricey
Been here since August of last year; it was a little shaky at first being one of the first people to live here...There were no trash dumpsters, clubhouse wasn't open, and weird construction workers walkin around. But it is great now that more people live here, pool & gym is nice; and they have new cameras put up. Definitely better then The Fairways or Dogwood apartments in the same area.
I live here it's very peaceful. Cool neighbors mixed complex all races etc we all get along just fine. Very safe well lit and very helpful staff lease manager etc. It's great been here since july
Apartments a very nice as well as the facility. However there is some crime. I’ve personally had my car “attempted” to be broken into. As well know that one of our friends was broken into (apartment) while she was gone, and another friend had someone trying to break into her apartment. I know some crimes you can’t catch but more cameras would be nice. Especially for people that live on the opposing side of the parking lot. Also some speed bumps would be nice as well as I see cars flying through at all times of the day.
