Managers are on sight, they have been running the place for around 12 years at least. So you dont have to go far for help. I know the managers personally. Very good people. They try to keep it running well. Haven't heard of any mager problems. Very quiet neighborhood. Harps grocery store, right around the corner. As well as eating places.

Great place to park your RV! Very clean and the manager is very helpful and friendly.
