Warning! Absolutely do not rent a unit at this storage center. The claim they have surveillance but it is not "hooked up" and they leave the gate open at all times. My parents have been renting a unit there for the past year and they pay the rent each month in person. In September they paid the rent and everything seemed fine. When they went in October to pay the rent, the employee there said that the locker had been cleaned out a few weeks ago and they thought we were no longer renting the unit. Seems a little strange since we were still paying rent. The locker was completely empty and the lock was definitely NOT picked. Looks like it may have been an inside job. We have filed a police report but are still researching options to settle this as the items inside were more than just material possessions.
