Variety of pet products here! Clean store! Received coupons for Whole Hearted Cat food in the mail! Was able to find products with ease! Coupons gave me a free 2.5 lb. of dry cat food and one can of wet cat food for free! Saved over $11! No longer carries Doctors Foster cat food because it has bn discontinued. Prices are getting more expensive!
A good place for domestic cat and dog care, but an absolutely terrible place for the reptiles, birds, and rodents alike. I went here today, hoping to buy a certain animal I will not disclose as I want to remain as anonymous as possible. I was confused about one thing, but had done much research before even considering purchasing the animal. I found an employee who happened to not even work in the reptile department. The employee started talking for at least 30 minutes explaining things to me I already verbalized I was educated on. She then continued to find the most expensive and unnecessary things for the animal I was going to buy and claimed everything was necessary and I could not buy the animal if I did not buy said supplies. It was already very stressful for me, but she insisted on me buying these things I knew I did not need. I was weary about going to a chain pet store already. After about 40 to 50 minutes of the employee putting things in my cart, she left me alone and I simply left the store. I will not be returning and I request that this location does more research on the animals they carry. She was trying to sell me two heat lamps AND a heating pad for one animal that wasn't even a reptile and had very sensitive skin.
Great staff in the grooming salon. More affordable and friendly than other places I have used. Store seems clean and has a decent selection. I mostly use the grooming services. It's a huge help as a busy mom and Realtor. One less thing to worry about.
We love Petco in Benton. Our fur baby is always greeted by the employees and they love him. Carol is so helpful and knowledgeable about the food and treats that we give our dog. She helped me find the right formula for his allergies and anytime I have questions she always has an answer.
Took my baby girl on for a hair cut that was not what I asked for. They promised a complete do-over in Benton and when I called to schedule the next appointment? Nobody remembered anything. I’m taking my business elsewhere for not following through. That’s horrible customer service and I feel as though I’m being penalized by your under knowledges staff. No thanks. Petsmart, I will see you Saturday.
