Purchased a new 2016 jeep wrangler from this dealership. Made an appointment to have it looked at for coolant loss. There was no record of my appointment on arrival. The service writer tried to convince me that putting almost 2 gallons of coolant into a new vehicle in less than a year was normal. Finally agreed to look at the vehicle, only to be called 20 min later and told that i put coolant into the window wash. I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt that i made a mistake. Went to remove said coolant from window wash and it is impossible that i did what they say i did. The place i put the coolant is the correct reservoir and there is no coolant in my window wash. This jeep is the second vehicle i have purchased from this dealership and it will be the last. Very poor service and i was ether completely lied to or the techs are completely incompetent. I will never take my vehicle back, nor will i do buisness with this dealership.

I called to speak with someone regarding a gap claim and the receptionist transferred me to a lady name Amanda. I started asking her questions and informed her that I didn't want to cancel my gap insurance but start a claim. Amanda then asked me to hold and then hung up the phone in my face. I called right back and was sent directly to her voicemail. I left two voice messages on her phone and decided to call back to speak with someone else regarding the matter. I was then transferred to someone named Tonya whom never answered so i left her a voicemail explaining what just happened with Amanda. I called again and the receptionist was rude, never placed me on hold she just transferred the call to Tonya voicemail again. I have yet to receive a phone call from either lady at the Benton location. I called the Little Rock location and the receptionist whom answered went far and beyond to help me with my issue. She even made a comment regarding gap, saying "I wish i knew the name of the people that you can speak with but I'll find someone that can help you!" She was very nice and helpful. Although i haven't heard from anyone yet from that location but it's all about customer service. I will never do business at the Benton location again.
We had our Jeep repaired here at the expense of a driver who ran into us. We were treated as though we were paying thousands of dollars cash. Keith in the body shop was great. He worked around our schedule for us to leave the Jeep with him. I left a voice message one day during the insurance claim process prior to dropping the Jeep off with him and he called me back within only a few hours as promised. We got automatically-generated text message updates while the Jeep was in the shop. They completed the repair a little bit quicker than I expected and the day before Thanksgiving. The whole entire team was great throughout the whole process. It was evident that they valued our business as a previous and future purchaser. The purchase experience was great there also.
The customer service here is terrible! The sales person will rope you in and then they push you off to someone else and that person will push you off to another person. They make you feel like cattle. There’s no respect and they can’t even managed to get back with you in a timely manner. Or they leave you sitting out front for three hours because they forgot about you and then blame it on you! It’s horrible! When you eventually get your vehicle you find that they didn’t detail it and couldn’t even bother to make sure it has enough gas for you to get home! I won’t be going back EVER! Stay away from this dealership.
