I had hardly any credit when went to them. I got high mileage car for jacked up price and they hound you when miss one payment. My advice to everyone is to read everything no matter how long it take cause now closed location on University pulled wool over my head. I was quoted one price,credit report says different and contract is higher.$21,000 for 2010 Kia optima,44months payments.
Emailed them and left voicemail on the general managers phone about a vehicle. Have not heard anything from them and this was about a week ago. Terrible customer servicd.
Customer Service is Great! At the car lot that is. However the finance company are frauds. I've been fixing on a car as well as paying a car note, I should be driving a Mercedes as much money as I'm putting out 500.00 for a car note and over a 1,000 for repairs and forget about an extension or payment arrangements they'll pick your car up, so let me put the old water pump back on.
General manager is a joke. Emailed for a price and specs on a 4 wheeler they had for sale. Got a computer generated email saying I had be pre approved before they can give me a price. I wanted to pay cash and told him this and I haven't heard back from him. So...it is obvious to me what they are doing. They pre approve the people with bad credit, jack the prices up, repo when somebody gets behind then resale it to the next sucker. Payday loans were outlawed in Arkansas a few years back. These people should be put down for the same reason. I have great credit, high paying job, plenty of cash so I don't have to do business with people like this. If you have less than good credit beware.
