They kept it overnight and when they called the next day they wanted WAY more ($730, which is ridiculous for a starter) than two other mechanics we contacted (by $300+) . I had my car towed to Purdy for the work to be done, but only after I was charged $50 for diagnostics that weren't even necessary. This is the LAST place I would recommend after this experience!
Called them, asked for an estimate on replacing my starter, and was told to bring my car in. We've used them several times in the past (2-3 years ago) and we were pleased with their work so I went ahead and had it towed there. I was told they'd call us and let us know something but after 3-4 hours I had to call to confirm my car had been received. Was told it needed a new battery, which was wrong and could be seen had they looked at the sticker on the new battery I put in that morning clearly showing it was new. The tow driver drained the battery when he put it on the truck and left the key on in the ignition and it just needed a charge.

I took my truck in because it was pulling to the right at an unsafe amount. They were very friendly and helpful, but after 3 visits and over $2300, it still pulls to the right.... I have to turn the wheel about 15 degress left to go in a straight line, this is not common "to keep cars from crossing the center line" like I was told.
