The food was good, except for the chips being stale. The tables and floors are dirty. This restaurant is ran differently than others. For instance, you can't split the flavor on your wing order - they have to be the same flavor or "the kitchen runs slower." Also, we ordered all flats and were told that it "made the kitchen slower and that's why it took so long." Lastly, want a mixed drink with Coke? Sorry, they carry Pepsi products. This place has potential, but it needs different management.
We love this place when it is fresh food. But I can’t even remember how long ago that was. We go at least once a week always hoping it will be better. There are two good servers there. Tonight we got take out and I waited 10 minutes for it to be ready(after allotted time) when I received the wings they were all cold not even room temp. And to top it off you gave me free fries that look like they came from under the seat of my car. We just want this place to be good cause it’s so close to our house! Someone help!!!
Please don't leave me waiting for a drink when I'm eating spicy wings. TWICE! Not good! Food was good, but way uderstaffed to make it a good experience. If you have to wait in line behind 3 other parties just to be seated, take my advice, turn around and go somewhere else. I felt sorry for our server, he was stretched way too thin. Hire people who will show up to work or schedule more staff.
Every time I've come, no matter the time of the day, the service speed has been lacking. Today was no different. We arrived just after 11:00. There were for tables occupied then ours. I ordered off the fast break menu since we were in a bit of a hurry even though it wasn't my first preference. It took 25 mins for our food to arrive after we placed our order. There were only two of us. When the food arrived I asked the waitress how quick it was supposed to come out. She said 15 minutes but I would have had to have a timer on the table. She then walked off without another word. Perhaps she spoke with management because shortly the manager came and spoke with me. I got naked wings and buffalo chips. The chicken was stringy like it was nut trimmed appropriately and only the top few buffalo chips had seasoning. My meal was comped which was nice but honestly I'd prefer a little more service instead. It appeared there were only two wait staff in the whole place and one was also tending bar. Two wait staff for lunch rush is ridiculous! I don't know why I bother.
If you order over the phone- it will not be ready when u get there to pick it up and when you do get your order it’s more than likely wrong. This happened several times. So I thought maybe I’ll order online. My order will be written in English and they should be able to comprehend my order. NOPE!! I go to pick it up- it’s not ready and when I did finally get it, I checked my order.... still wrong!!!!! I can’t stand this place!! I love Buffalo Wild Wings- just not this location. I will never go to the Benton/Bryant location I’d rather have sonic boneless wings!
