Great food like all Zaxby's, the cashier was a little weird though kind of made me feel uncomfortable. I asked to switch out the coleslaw for an extra toast and he didn't put one on there. I asked to dine inside and he gave me a to go box to eat out of. When I asked for the extra piece of toast he rolled his eyes and got me one. Whenever he was swiping my debit card he held it real down low for a couple of seconds almost as if he was flashing it to a camera or something underneath the counter. I have no way of proving if he was or not, but I will be checking my debit card very closely now because it made me a little nervous and it was just so odd, no real reason he should have been holding it down there.
The manager was very nice and suggested food. I truly enjoyed the music over the speakers. Thanks for that.
Called just to make management aware and got an "Oh ok" from the 1st kid I talked to that said he was a manager. Got put on hold transferred to someone named Travis that basically argued every point with an excuse and talked over me every chance he got.
This Zaxbys is disappointing yet again
I will be going back to the Bryant Zaxbys because the food is always hot and the employees are on top of their game!!!
I may not be back for the chicken, but I'll definitely be back for the toast.

Cold fries, asked for extra sauce and not only didn't get extra i didn't get any..
I personally love Zaxbys food, back home in South Carolina their was one I always went to. However my fries are always cold every time I’ve been to this one. Also they are very pricey for fast food. I’d say if you go here, I recommend eating their rather then picking it up to go because the food simply doesn’t travel well. I live 5 minutes from their and it can’t make it home warm. I’ve never had any ordering issues with my food, they are 10/10 for accuracy in my book. I’d just say quality and temperature of food is the issue, it’s “just okay” in my book.
This group of people needs more training in customer service. I'm not saying the customer is always right but I do believe in respect for the customer that spends their hard earned money at your establishment. I also believe in respect for the hard working employees....food service is a demanding job so when you enter that field you have to be ready for those demands.
Best chicken anywhere around. Teriyaki sauce is awesome! Their Zac's snack pack U get 3 large pieces of chicken, fries, Texas toast, & a drink for $6.99.
Take this review with a grain of salt. I'm just passing through and never heard of this place. Thought it might be different from fast food, nope. Gave it a try anyway. Similar concept to something in the dfw area called raising Cain. The chicken had a taste I'm not familiar with. Certainly not saying it's bad, just different for me.
