Weren't sure what we wanted. The salesman was Super. We found something we didn't know about. My Grandson was Thrilled.

Good & pleasant staff. Very knowledgeable. Always enjoy shopping here.

I was never offered assistance. After looking around and making my choice of tablet to purchase I waited for help. The help never came, I let the greeter that I was needing help. He said he was going to send help, I went back to wait. No one ever came, although many passed by they never acknowledge me nor offered assistance. I then decided to leave. I called the store to speak to a manager about it, but they denied me to speak to one. Never again will I shop there, because this is not the first time.I will take my business elsewhere.

Been going here for years. I bought a pair of lg platinum headsets from them with the Best Buy warranty that covers two year replacements. Well, Best Buy decided to stop carrying that model $200. They won’t issue a refund to go buy them elsewhere. The manager here wants you to be certain she is in charge and I can assure you she isn’t about to pick up that phone and call another store to remedy the issue to help you out.

No problem, I did the leg work for her. Called up LR and what do ya know? They have it in stock! Bryant manger didn’t even offer to help locate another one. She just kept saying I’ll give you in store credit. How does this replace my headset? They don’t have a comparable headset anymore, I sure wasn’t about to go down to a far less model.

Best Buy Geek Squad is horrible. We took our PC to them to run diagnostics and they could not find anything wrong with it and charged us $100. We then took it to a local computer repair place and found the issue immediately. The graphics card was bad and this should have been discovered by BB. It was overheating quickly. Not sure they did anything with it considering this. Never again!

I’m seriously disappointed with this stores manager, her attitude and complete lack of help. I hope you don’t need her assistance.
