I bought a computer through the store & I will never deal with Rent-A-Center again. I had many problems, the first computer I took home wasn't even reprogrammed for a new user, it had a password and I couldn't even use it for a few days. I took it back and swapped and when I got the second computer home it crashed upon powering on. I could go on and on about how unprofessional the employees are, from their appearance to never knowing what is going on with the customers account.

They're horrible! The couch set i rented from them smelled like animals.. and when i called them about it they said they've cleaned the couch 3 times and the smell still didn't come out... and they still rented it out!!
